1. Return Period
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or altered products.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at liuzhenghan202407@163.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for the return shipment.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (PayPal).

5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for another color or style, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to assist based on stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
